Mountain Range of Motion, LLC
Is your body ready for ski season? Dr. Jessica Buja, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with more than 20 years experience and a skier since the age of 4. She runs an online pre-ski fitness program with live Zoom classes with access to live recordings for 30 days so you can participate on your own schedule. Check out the 10-minute trial class on her website for a sample of some of the exercises in the program.

The next round of beginner classes starts Wednesday Nov. 6, 2024. Advanced classes start Tuesday Nov. 5, 2024. Comprehensive pre-ski programs include 8 beginner sessions and 8 advanced sessions. These are ski specific progressive programs with the focus on leg strength, core strength, agility, balance, cardiovascular fitness, and flexibility to help prepare you for the slopes. Rounds restart every 4 weeks and run through the end of December 2024.
