Mountain Range of Motion, LLC
Is your body ready for ski season? Dr. Jessica Buja, PT, DPT is a physical therapist with more than 20 years experience and a skier since the age of 4. She runs an online ski fitness program with live Zoom classes from September to December. The video subscription plan is available year-round so that you can access the entire program and perform at your own pace to prepare for any of your upcoming ski trips. Check out the 10-minute trial class on her website for a sample of some of the exercises in the program. “Oh my goodness! These classes are amazing! I credit being so much stronger this season to doing these classes at home,” says Genevieve Schmitt, Founder, Women Who Ski.
